Everything is hand poured in small batches in Saltaire, so I pack orders myself.

Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.
If I’m testing, pouring, or slightly covered in wax, it might take the full 3 — but I’ll always get it out as quickly as I can.

Delivery
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

At the moment I ship to the UK only.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, drop me a message and we’ll sort it.

a quick note

Scent is personal. I describe everything as clearly as possible, but if you're unsure about a fragrance, feel free to message me before ordering, I’m always happy to help.

returns

Because these are home fragrance products, I can only accept returns on items that are:

  • unused

  • unopened

  • in their original condition

If something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo and your order number so I can sort it quickly.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return under UK distance selling regulations. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed once the item is received back in original condition.
