Wax melts
-
They’re designed to gently fill a room without being overpowering.
You’ll get the best scent throw in small to medium spaces, but many customers use two cubes for larger rooms. All melts are tested at 10% fragrance load in soy wax.
-
Each melt is approx 12g and typically lasts 8–12 hours depending on your burner and room size.
Some scents feel stronger on the first melt, others open up more slowly, that’s completely normal.
-
Start with one cube.
If you prefer a stronger scent or have a larger room, try two. -
Wax melts work in:
Tealight burners
Electric burners
Just make sure the dish is suitable for wax and never overfill it.
Candles
-
Our candles are hand poured using vegan soy wax.
-
On the first burn, let the wax melt close to the edge of the jar. This helps the candle burn more evenly next time.
After that, burn for around 2–4 hours at a time.
-
Yes. Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn. This helps keep the flame steady and reduces smoking or soot.
-
Some scents are naturally softer than others and may take a little time to fill the room.
For the best scent throw, let the candle develop a full melt pool and use it in a room suited to its size.
Reed diffusers
-
A 100ml diffuser will usually last around 8–12 weeks, although this depends on the room, temperature, airflow and how often you turn the reeds.
-
Each diffuser comes with 6 reeds.
Use all six for a fuller scent, or remove one or two if you prefer something softer.
-
Turn the reeds when you would like a fresh boost of fragrance. Once a week is usually plenty.
Use a tissue or disposable gloves when handling them and wipe up any spills straight away.
-
Place it somewhere with gentle air movement, such as a hallway, living room or bathroom.
Avoid placing it directly beside a radiator, open window or strong draught, as this can make the liquid evaporate more quickly.
-
Yes. Fragrance oil can damage painted, polished or wooden surfaces.
Always place your diffuser on a protective coaster or tray and clean up any spills immediately.
